Serve as a Developer that will be part of multiple development teams that use Ruby on Rails and Oracle technologies. The candidate will support the development, enhancement, and operations and maintenance efforts for multiple Ruby of Rails applications. Utilize critical thinking skills to proactively identify efficiencies, new partnerships or new features. The team works in a collaborative and agile environment.

Mandatory Skills:

1) Ruby on Rails, Java, or C++ development experience required
2) Experience with the following development tools Subversion and Aptana/Eclipse, and experience with requirements tracking tools
3) Experience with Javascript, XML and/or CSS
4) Experience with SQL, Oracle preferred
5) Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
6) Experience with Agile development

Optional Skills:

1) EXT JS experience preferred
2) Web Services development experience preferred
3) Front End design and development skills
4) Experience with full life-cycle software development and web application projects
5) Experience securing sensitive data
6) Experience with customer’s mission applications
